The IPTV.

Terms of use

Effective October 4, 2026

These terms cover The IPTV app on iPhone, iPad and Android. By using the app, you agree to them.

The app is a player

The IPTV plays the playlists, Xtream logins and TV guides you add. It doesn't include, host, sell or recommend any channels or content, and we aren't connected to any provider. You're responsible for what you add and play, and for having the right to watch it.

Free trial

Everything works free for 7 days from the first time you open the app. After that, you can still browse your playlists, and playing them needs Monthly or Lifetime. The trial costs nothing and never turns into a paid plan on its own.

Monthly and Lifetime

Apple's license

If you got the app from the App Store, Apple's Licensed Application End User License Agreement also applies.

Fair use

Don't use the app to break the law or anyone's rights, and don't try to get around the trial or purchases.

No warranty

The app is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind. We don't promise it will work with every playlist, server or stream, or that it will be free of errors.

Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, we aren't liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, or for any content you play through the app. Our total liability for anything to do with the app is limited to what you paid for it in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing here limits rights you have under consumer law that can't be waived.

Changes

We may update these terms. We'll change the date at the top, and using the app after that means you accept the new version.
